Braden Snyder joined Updata Partners in
2014. His primary responsibilities include identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, executing transactions and supporting the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Updata Partners, Braden was an Associate at Sagent Advisors, a middle-market investment banking firm, in the Software and Systems and Aerospace, Defense and Technology groups. He focused on providing M&A and other financial advisory services to clients.
Braden graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a B.S. in Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
